2. Employer Services

Health and safety requirements

Any other information reasonably required for recruitment

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide suitable candidates.

3. Recruitment and Candidate Selection

Ednutano makes reasonable efforts to source, screen, and recommend candidates according to the requirements provided by the client.

However, no recruitment process can guarantee that every candidate will perform exactly as expected.

Final engagement, deployment, acceptance, or continued employment of a candidate will be subject to the agreed arrangement between Ednutano, the client, and/or the relevant employee.

4. Workforce Support

Depending on the agreed engagement structure, Ednutano may coordinate certain workforce-related responsibilities, including worker welfare, leave administration, insurance coordination, uniforms, employee replacement, training, and other administrative responsibilities.

The exact responsibilities of Ednutano and the client will be determined by the applicable service agreement.

5. Training

Where applicable, Ednutano may provide or coordinate training for workers before or during their engagement.

Training arrangements may include online, classroom, workplace, or on-site training depending on the nature of the assignment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide a safe working environment

Comply with applicable employment and labour requirements

Provide accurate job and workplace information

Treat workers fairly and professionally

Provide appropriate equipment and working facilities where required

Notify Ednutano of workforce issues promptly

Comply with the terms of their agreement with Ednutano

7. Fees and Payment

Our service charges are based on the scope, number of workers, nature of the assignment, duration, and other requirements of the engagement.

All applicable fees and payment arrangements will be communicated to the client before services commence.

Additional services outside the original agreement may attract additional charges.

8. Employee and Candidate Information

Information submitted through our website, forms, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels may be used for recruitment, employment, workforce management, communication, and related business purposes.
